Greek Yogurt Parfait

My new favorite breakfast is a yogurt parfait with berries, slivered almonds and Catalina Crunch cereal. This protein packed, low carb/sugar, low smartpoints meal is not only delicious, but it keeps me full for hours. It’s rare to be able to eat cereal on the keto diet or even WW for that matter, but Catalina Crunch has made it possible. It is crunchy and delicious, gluten-free, and very low in points and calories for WW and Beachbody followers as well.

*For those following WW Freestyle or Beachbody, use non-fat greek yogurt. For those on the keto diet, use full-fat greek yogurt. You can adjust the points and grams of carbohydrates in this recipe to your preference to fit within your macros or daily points!

Greek Yogurt Parfait

A delicious protein packed, low carb, low sugar, 2-3 WW Smartpoints breakfast, lunch or anytime snack!


  • 1/4-1/3 cup Catalina Crunch cereal
  • 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt 0% for WW or Beachbody, 5% for Keto
  • 2 Strawberries cut into small chunks
  • 5-6 Raspberries
  • 1 TBSP of raw slivered almonds (optional)
  • Pinch of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sugar


  • Spoon half of the yogurt into a bowl or cup, place berries on top. Spoon the remaining yogurt and top with cereal, almonds and Lakanto. Enjoy!


WW Points = 2 points (without almonds), 3 points (with almonds)
Grams of sugar = Full Fat or Non Fat Fage Greek Yogurt (6g), Catalina Crunch (4g), Berries (4-5g), Almonds (1g), Lakanto (0g).
