A delicious protein packed, low carb, low sugar, 2-3 WW Smartpoints breakfast, lunch or anytime snack!
1/4-1/3 cup Catalina Crunch cereal
3/4 cup Greek Yogurt (0% for WW or Beachbody, 5% for Keto)
2 Strawberries, cut into small chunks
1 TBSP of raw, slivered almonds (optional)
Pinch of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sugar
Spoon half of the yogurt into a bowl or cup, place berries on top. Spoon the remaining yogurt and top with cereal, almonds and Lakanto. Enjoy!
