Shrimp can be made so many ways, as we all know from Bubba in Forrest Gump! It can even be made to fit your 21 Day Fix program. Yay, shrimp!

This shrimp recipe is so easy, quick and delicious.

1 lb uncooked shrimp, deveined and shell off (or peel the shells off yourself)
1 tbsp olive oil, and 2 tsps
1/4 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon tapatio or Franks Red Hot sauce
Onion powder to taste
Paprika to taste

In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, and sprinklings of all the spices and Franks Red Hot sauce. Add shrimp and toss around until well coated. In a sauté pan, heat up 2 tsps of olive oil over medium heat and add shrimp. Toss shrimp until pink all the way through.

Serve over rice, quinoa, veggies, pasta, you name it!

This recipe makes 2 servings and each serving equals 1-2 ❤️ (depending on the size of the shrimp) , and 2 tsps. That’s it!! Wheeee :).
