Shakeology Oat Protein Balls
These might not look that great, but they taste amazing! 4 of these equal 1 yellow treat swap.
1/2 cup rolled oats (I food process them to make them into powder)
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 scoop chocolate shakeology
1 orange container of dark chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from fridge and roll small balls (about 1 TBS each).
I like to freeze them! They have the consistency of malt balls when eaten right out of the freezer 🙂
