Vanilla Honey Peanut Swirl Ice Cream
This amazing ice cream is made from 1 ingredient…banana! With a few added mix-in’s you get a delicious peanut butter swirl ice cream that rivals any full fat ice cream, and each serving is only 1 purple container. What could be better than that?
- 2 Bananas, cut into small rounds and frozen for at least 2 hours
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla shakeology
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- 4-6 dark chocolate chips
- Once your bananas are frozen, blend in a blender or food processor. At first they look grainy, but as you blend it will start to look exactly like ice cream! Once blended, use a spatula and pull away from sides of blender so everything is in the middle. Add your mix-ins and blend again until well mixed. Place into tupperware and freeze for another hour or more. Scoop out and enjoy!
