Penne with Shrimp and Asparagus

Shrimp (red), whole wheat penne (yellow), asparagus, spinach and cherry tomatoes sautéed in a teaspoon of ev coconut oil (green and tsp), feta cheese crumbles (blue), and a splash of lemon juice. I also drizzled a tsp of evoo over the top. This dinner was fantastic and I’ve made it with chicken as well (and then used mozzarella instead of feta).
