Chocolate Covered Strawberries
I made these on Mother’s Day and they were fantastic! 4 strawberries equals 1 yellow container. Just add 1 tsp of coconut oil to semi sweet chocolate chips, I used about half a bag and microwave at 30 increments at a time…stir until smooth and easily glides off spoon. Dip strawberries and place them on wax or parchment paper. Refrigerate until totally hardened and enjoy!!
