A delicious protein packed, low carb, low sugar, 2-3 WW Smartpoints breakfast, lunch or anytime snack!
- 1/4-1/3 cup Catalina Crunch cereal
- 3/4 cup Greek Yogurt 0% for WW or Beachbody, 5% for Keto
- 2 Strawberries cut into small chunks
- 5-6 Raspberries
- 1 TBSP of raw slivered almonds (optional)
- Pinch of Lakanto Monk Fruit Sugar
WW Points = 2 points (without almonds), 3 points (with almonds)
Grams of sugar = Full Fat or Non Fat Fage Greek Yogurt (6g), Catalina Crunch (4g), Berries (4-5g), Almonds (1g), Lakanto (0g).
