Hi everyone! My name is Nicky and I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have done it all, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig (I even worked there for 3 years), Lindora, Low Carb, Diet Pills…you get the idea.
I love cooking and baking and helping people. I post a lot of healthy, 21 Day Fix approved recipes and delicious food photos, as well as inspirational quotes, helpful work-out tips, and general things that make me laugh that I find along the way!
